The Workman’s Club in Dublin plan to keep you all very busy over the next while. They’ve lots of gigs over the next few weeks to get you out and dancing over the next few weeks:

Tonight May 24th sees Irish band Moscow Metro take to the stage.

June 2nd: Alias Empire will be providing the tunes with support from This Other Kingdom, Lover, My Mind Races, The North Sea, and Fiction Peak’s Joey Doyle. 

Bluetones Singer Mark Morris provides an intimate solo show June 7th. Check out some stuff from the Bluetones, as well as a live performance from Mark himself.

Tower Records is also hosting Tower Live on Record Store Day, a nine hour festival of live sounds at the Madison club immediately next door to Tower Records on Wicklow Street.

This is an all day event with free live performances from a host of acts including The #1’s, Owensie, Blink Yackety, Gyspy Rebel Rabble, The Urges, The Hot Sprockets, The Eskies, Sweet Jane, Ghost Estates, Twilight Sad and more. 

It’s an all ages gig until 6pm so younger fans will be able to enjoy festivities for the majority of the event. 

To access Tower Live on Record Store Day at Madison, you will need to get yourselves down there early to get a wristband from the main counter in Tower Records Wicklow Street and Easons, O’Connell Street.

Wristbands are free and allow holders to come and go as they please. ID may be required for Over 18 wristbands, so bring one!
